Boudheib Equestrian Club

Boudheib Equestrian Club (BEC) started in 2004 with the formation of the Boudheib Endurance Village and the Equestrian Academy Centre facilities were developed for the training particularly of young Emiratis in horsemanship and all forms of equestrianism under the inspiration of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Emirates Heritage Club and Representative of the UAE’s President.

Both, Boudheib Endurance Village and the Equestrian Academy Centre have evolved over recent years to meet the demands and needs of the equestrian community. Boudheib Endurance is making great head way with the new Boudheib Initiative (LINK) in introducing new exciting challenges to the sport of endurance, whilst testing and educating the competitors and ensuring the wellbeing of both horse and rider. The Academy is expanding the training of students in a variety of disciplines, so they become all round riders with great emphasis placed on learning horsemanship skills, so they can care for and respect the horse.
