Well the 1st event of the season got underway at Boudheib’s International Endurance Village at 6.15 this morning with 101 horses participating in the 120km Open CEI** Al Ain Endurance Cup.
We are delighted that the BECA (Boudheib Endurance Challenge Award) has gained in popularity here in the UAE with the majority riding to find a place in the final and the winning team from Faisal bin Zaal Pvt Stables, having obviously paid great attention to the BI rules, took the first 4 places – an enormous achievement & many congratulations go to the trainer, Faisal Saeed Al Dhaheri & his riders for their understanding that you can win in grand style whilst caring for the welfare of your horse. They came 13th, 12th.14th & 15th overall in the FEI competition with an average speed of 16.317km/h to 16.315kmlh & the 5th BECA place went to no,93 Lobita ridden by Maria Cecilia Sebben Perez who won the FEI challenge with an average of 18.767km/h.
1st – No.111 Awarran Park Bey Shadow ridden by Habib Ahmed Asgar Ali Khan
2nd – No 110 MA Ashmm ridden by Datar Singh Guman Singh
3rd – No 113 Abberlyn Park Austin ridden by Dilip Singh Anop Singh
4th – No 114 Tubbarubba Napoleon ridden by Ahmed Ali Mohammed Allay Al Na
5th – no 93 Lobita ridden by Maria Cecilia Sebben Perez
